designed for the judicial system of the federated state of mexico, this project places the state’s tribunals at the center of an integrating urban development scheme by providing much needed commercial and office space, with the added enhancements of cultural components comprised of a theater with seating capacity of 400, a museum and center for ongoing education in legal profession.
