this ambitious mixed-use development project, offering residential apartments, office space and a hotel, is located in the city of campeche on the leeward side of mexico’s yucatan peninsula. a two-story mall comprises the base volumetrics, from which several towers of varying heights, the tallest a lofty 20 floors, thrust upward. situated between the waterfront and historic city center, the facades of the several structures echo the city’s iconic colonial period fortifications.
